This Privacy Notice complies with Articles 15, 16, and the Third Transitional Article of the Federal Law on Personal Data Held by Private Parties published on July 5, 2010, in the Official Gazette of the Federation, and complies with the provisions of the Regulation of the Federal Law on Personal Data Held by Private Parties published on December 21, 2011, and the Guidelines of the Privacy Notice published on January 17, 2013.

Information that may include the address of websites that the Data Subject has visited before and after visiting the services, the type of browser and device the Data Subject is using, the Internet Protocol (IP) address, GPS position, the links on which the Data Subject has clicked, which areas of the Services were accessed, and whether the Data Subject opened communications via email, communications, or notifications sent from STRATON. -

One of STRATON’s priorities is to respect the privacy of its users and to keep the information and personal data it collects secure. STRATON will also inform the user of the type of data it collects, how it stores it, how it protects it, the extent of its confidentiality commitment, and the rights that the Data Subject holds. This Privacy Notice informs how STRATON collects, protects, and uses personal information in relation to the use of the STRATON mobile application in the subsequent “Services”. STRATON will take all necessary measures to protect the privacy of the Data Subject in accordance with the guidelines established by the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Data Protection and the applicable laws of Mexico.
The information that STRATON collects and analyzes is classified as follows:

INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE DATA SUBJECT:
STRATON reserves the right to designate necessary and required fields for registration. Sending this information incorrectly, falsely, or outdated may limit registration or STRATON’s ability to provide you with the Services. STRATON will explicitly indicate which fields are required to register with STRATON; if the Data Subject does not enter the required data in these fields, registration with STRATON will not be possible, or only limited use will be allowed.

NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION:
STRATON also collects public information that the Data Subject provides via Google Analytics, Zendesk, and Hotjar; such information includes, but is not limited to, your location via Global Positioning System (GPS). STRATON may use such location information to create and utilize anonymous distributed databases and to use such data to improve its services and provide related services to third parties; STRATON will refer to this information as “Non-Personal Information”.
STRATON will make reasonable efforts to permanently remove the identity of the Data Subject and their location and time information, so that this information is used for analytical and marketing purposes. When non-personal information is combined in a manner that does not allow the identification of the Data Subject, such information shall be considered as non-personal information.
We use tracking information to analyze and review how our Services are being executed, to store the Data Subjects’ preferences and personalize the STRATON platform, and for its respective improvements and development, based on statistical information regarding the use of STRATON’s services. This information allows us to determine features and characteristics of our users and end customers and personalize the Data Subject’s experience.
We also use non-personal information to create data for statistical purposes. This statistical information contains no personal information and is used to analyze and improve our database and to better serve our customers and market.
NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION SENT TO THIRD PARTIES:
We will not disclose your personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:

When STRATON has your consent to share the information for purposes of promotions, giveaways, informational, advertising, and marketing purposes.

STRATON discloses tracking information to advertisers, advertising agencies, and contractors in order to analyze the performance of STRATON’s services, analyze the Data Subject’s behavior, with the aim of operating and improving the services and determining which advertising is most efficient for the Data Subject.

STRATON may anonymously disclose non-personal information to third parties such as potential business partners, advertisers, and funding sources in order to describe our business and its operations; non-personal information is not subject to this Privacy Notice.
INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH COOKIES AND REMOTE MEANS:
STRATON and our service providers may use web tracking technologies, such as cookies, web instruments, pixel tags, and transparent GIFs, in order to efficiently operate our services and to collect data related to the use of the services, applications, and email conducted by us or on our behalf.
The data collected hereinafter, “Tracking Information”, may include:

The address of the websites the Data Subject visited before and after visiting the STRATON platform.

The type of browser and the device the Data Subject is using.

The Internet Protocol (IP) address.

The GPS position recorded on the device at the time the image was captured and the time recorded on the device at the time of image capture.

Which areas within the STRATON platform were accessed.

Email communications or notifications that STRATON sends to the Data Subject.
STRATON may use third-party advertising networks, hereinafter “advertising networks”, to display personalized advertising for the Data Subject, and these advertising networks may also store their own cookies on the Data Subject’s computer or mobile device.
STRATON may also use web tracking technologies placed on the STRATON platform or in email communications to collect information about the Data Subject’s actions when interacting with the STRATON platform.
PURPOSES FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA:
STRATON uses and stores personal information in order to provide quality personalized services to the Data Subject and to enhance and analyze the performance of the Services. We may also use personal information for operational and administrative analysis.
The personal data provided directly by the Data Subject to the Controller will be used, in an enumerative but not limiting manner, as described below:

ADMINISTRATIVE MATERIALS:
If you create a STRATON account, we will use your personal information to send you administrative and promotional materials. If you wish to opt out of receiving promotional materials, you may do so by following the “unsubscribe” instructions via email at: hello@adsfordoctors.com. You cannot unsubscribe from administrative emails as long as you are a Data Subject with a STRATON account.
STRATON may also offer the Data Subject the opportunity to participate in surveys and commercial promotions.
PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS:
If the Data Subject wishes to participate in promotions, we will request additional personal information. Your participation in these promotions is voluntary and, as such, you may choose whether or not to participate in these types of promotions, and whether or not to disclose personal information as required by these promotions.
The data collected during the promotions is necessary to conduct the contests and the delivery of incentives by STRATON.
If the Data Subject is not interested in these promotions, contests, or giveaways, do not provide additional personal information.
At any time, the Data Subject may change their preferences regarding these notifications and commercial materials by sending an email to: hello@adsfordoctors.com, indicating the instruction to cancel such promotional messages and notifications.
For the purpose of conducting surveys and questionnaires, STRATON will not share your personal information with others without your consent.
TRANSFERS AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND ITS PURPOSES:
STRATON is committed to ensuring compliance with all legal principles regarding the transfer of the Data Subject’s personal information. Likewise, STRATON declares its commitment that this Privacy Notice is respected at all times by the natural or legal persons to whom STRATON may transfer the information provided due to contractual obligations in providing Services to end customers.
National or international transfers of data may be carried out without the Data Subject’s consent, among other cases established by law, provided that the data transfer is carried out between entities, companies, or organizations affiliated with STRATON, such as subsidiaries or any entity associated with STRATON’s business group, as a result of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or similar transaction, as well as to national or foreign processors.
The processing of the personal information provided by the Data Subject to STRATON will be limited to fulfilling the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice and to purposes that are compatible or analogous to those established in this Notice, without the need to obtain the Data Subject’s consent again.
LEGAL EXCEPTION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is possible that STRATON shares personal information of the Data Subject collected through the services of the STRATON platform, to the extent that such information is required by a legal mandate from the Institute, an administrative authority, a regulatory authority, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements with the Data Subject and contracts with third parties, and to protect our legal rights, those of our Data Subjects, and those of third parties; or if STRATON reasonably considers that the Data Subject has violated the terms of use, installation and updating, or abused their service rights, or has carried out any act or omission that STRATON reasonably considers to have violated any applicable law, rules, or regulations.
In these cases, STRATON may close the Data Subject’s account or registration without any economic, social, or moral prejudice of any kind and without paying any amount for damages, moral damages, injury, or any harm to the STRATON account Data Subject.
Furthermore, the STRATON platform will share your personal information with competent judicial authorities and third parties if this information is required to proceed regarding any misuse or misconduct on the part of the Data Subject.
The Data Subject’s personal data may also be shared under the following circumstances, in the event of a dispute or legal process of any kind between the Data Subject and STRATON, or between the Data Subject and other users regarding the services, if STRATON organizes the operation of its services under a different scheme; or through another legal structure or entity; or if STRATON is acquired by, or merged with, another legal entity; or if STRATON initiates a bankruptcy or commercial insolvency process; provided that the legal entities involved in the above-described processes agree to be bound by the provisions of this Privacy Notice, with the respective changes to be considered.
SECURITY CERTIFICATES:
STRATON uses a Security Sockets Layer (SSL) lock so that the information sent is transmitted in an encrypted manner to ensure its protection.
PERSONAL DATA REQUESTS:
STRATON allows you to review or modify your information at any time. At STRATON, we protect the security and integrity of your personal information through measures in accordance with applicable legislation. However, no transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that security breaches will not occur.
Notwithstanding the above, we are not responsible for the actions of hackers and unauthorized third parties who use the STRATON platform and breach our security procedures and standards.
The Data Subject will at all times have the possibility to request rectification, cancellation, or opposition in accordance with the law and by email, by directing their message to the following email address: hello@adsfordoctors.com.
For this, the Data Subject must reliably inform us of the personal data they wish to rectify, cancel, or review, as well as the purpose for which the personal information was provided and in the format in which it was delivered.
In the event that STRATON needs to use your personal data for purposes different from those indicated in this Privacy Notice, STRATON will contact the Data Subject either in writing, by telephone, electronically, or by any optical, sound, visual, or other means that technology now or in the future permits, and will explain the new uses it intends to give to such information in order to obtain the Data Subject’s authorization.
Procedure to Rectify, Cancel, or Review Personal Data:

Request for the Form:
The Data Subject, either personally or through a duly accredited legal representative, must request a rectify, cancel, or review exercise form by emailing: hello@adsfordoctors.com. -
Complete and Send the Form:
Complete and sign the received form.
It must be sent to the same email address accompanied by the following scanned documentation:-
Valid official identification of the Data Subject
(ID, Passport, etc.).

In Case of Exercising the Request through a Legal Representative:
In addition to the accreditation of the identity of both (the Data Subject and the representative), the following must be provided:-
The corresponding notarized power of attorney,

A power of attorney letter signed before two witnesses,

A declaration made in the presence of the Data Subject.

To Exercise the Right of Rectification:
The Data Subject must provide documentation that accredits the requested change according to the personal data to be rectified.
STRATON will respond to the form within 20 business days from the date it was received. STRATON may extend this period for up to an additional 20 business days when warranted, with prior notification to the Data Subject.
The resolution will be communicated to the Data Subject via email. The delivery of the Personal Data will be free of charge, with the Data Subject only covering the justified shipping costs or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats, when warranted.
However, if the Data Subject reiterates their request in a period of less than twelve months, the costs will not exceed three days of the current General Minimum Wage in the living State, unless there are substantial modifications to the Privacy Notice that prompt new inquiries.
In cases where the right of Access to your Personal Data is exercised, the requested information will be provided by the means indicated by the Data Subject in the exercise request and, in the event that the Controller does not have your Personal Data, you will be informed by the means through which the request was made.

Procedures to Revoke Consent to the Processing of Your Personal Data:
If you wish for your personal information to be permanently removed from our database, please contact us via email at: hello@adsfordoctors.com.
STRATON will delete your personal information in accordance with the rectify, cancel, or review request and the timelines and guidelines of the INAI Law and Regulation.
Once the Data Subject is removed from STRATON’s database, you will no longer receive emails from STRATON.
Exclusion from the mailing list or database will not delete records of past transactions or the information stored in our backups and archives.
Data regarding transactions, data stored in backups, and archives will be maintained and/or deleted in accordance with INAI laws and policies and the guidelines set by STRATON.
Limitation on the Use and Disclosure of Data:
STRATON has adopted the security and protection levels for Personal Data required by law. Additionally, the Data Subject may implement other means and technical measures within their reach to avoid loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of the provided Personal Data.
STRATON states that the Data Subject’s personal information will be stored on secure media permitted by technology, with access limited only to the natural or legal persons with whom STRATON has any legal relationship.
Furthermore, STRATON informs the Data Subject of the existence of databases and means to limit the use and disclosure of your information, such as:

The Public Consumer Registry provided for in the Federal Consumer Protection Law.

The Public User Registry provided for in the Law on the Protection and Defense of Financial Services Users.
In which the Data Subject may register in accordance with the guidelines of the Privacy Notice.
PROCEDURES TO NOTIFY THE DATA SUBJECT OF CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE:
STRATON reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Notice at any time.
Changes will be announced through the website www.adsfordoctors.com or another website defined to replace it.
If STRATON makes any substantial change in the way personal information, non-personal information, or transfers of information to third parties are collected, the Data Subject will be notified by modifying this Privacy Notice.
Such changes will be available for review on the STRATON platform.
Notwithstanding the modifications, the Data Subject’s personal information collected by STRATON will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice in effect at the time the information was collected.
Furthermore, STRATON informs the Data Subject that they have the right to oppose the processing of their Personal Data.

The competent authority to resolve any conflict arising from changes to this Privacy Notice is the Federal Institute for Access to Information and Data Protection (INAI), from which more information can be obtained at: www.inai.org.mx.
LINKS AND OTHER PRIVACY NOTICES:
The Website and the STRATON platform may contain links to other websites.
STRATON is not responsible for the privacy policies and practices or the content of those websites.
The Data Subject should review the privacy statements of each third-party website.
This Privacy Notice applies only to the information collected by the STRATON platform.
DATA SUBJECTS USING THE SERVICES OUTSIDE MEXICO:
STRATON and its servers are located in the United Mexican States, but are subject to the data processing laws of the United States of America.
If you choose to access or use the services from abroad, you authorize the use and disclosure of the information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and subject to Mexican law, in addition and in accordance with U.S. privacy laws.
LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES AND WARRANTIES:
STRATON shall not be liable under any circumstances for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or any other damages resulting from the use of its SERVICES or the STRATON platform; from its interruption, suspension, modification, alteration, or termination of service.
STRATON is not responsible for the content of commercial or advertising announcements, nor for the products or services offered by third parties.
Furthermore, STRATON shall not be liable in any case for increased data usage or the increase in data plans of Internet service providers or carriers due to access, use, installation, or updating of the STRATON platform from any electronic or mobile device.
ACCEPTANCE AND EXPRESS ELECTRONIC CONSENT:
BY ACCEPTING THIS PRIVACY NOTICE, THE DATA SUBJECT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED IN ANY DATABASE THAT ESTABLISHES ANY LIMITATION ON THE WAY THEIR PERSONAL DATA IS TRANSMITTED, EXCEPT AS PER THE GUIDELINES OF THE FEDERAL INSTITUTE FOR ACCESS TO INFORMATION AND DATA PROTECTION AND COMPETENT AUTHORITIES, AND THEREFORE ACCEPTS THE PROMOTIONS AND COMMERCIALS OF STRATON AND OTHER COMMERCIAL COMPANIES ASSOCIATED WITH STRATON IN MEXICO OR ABROAD.
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AS AN END USER THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PRIVACY NOTICE.
THE DATA SUBJECT DECLARES THAT THEY HAVE FULL LEGAL CAPACITY AND THERE IS NO JUDICIAL MANDATE PREVENTING THE DATA SUBJECT FROM GIVING THEIR CONSENT.
IF THE DATA SUBJECT DOES NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE STRATON’S SERVICES.
For the purposes set forth in the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “LFPDPPP”) and other applicable legislation, by accessing or using STRATON’s Services, the end user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Notice.
The end user declares that they have full legal capacity and there is no judicial mandate preventing the Data Subject from giving their express electronic consent in accordance with Articles 1803 and 1806 of the Federal Civil Code for the United Mexican States.
In the event that the Data Subject does not agree with the terms of this Privacy Notice, do not use the Services provided by STRATON.
The processing of the personal information provided by the Data Subject to STRATON will be limited to fulfilling the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice.
By making this Privacy Notice available to the Data Subject and not expressing any opposition, it shall be understood that the Data Subject grants STRATON its consent to carry out the processing of any personal information that may be provided in the future, either personally or through agents, promoters, commission agents, or commercial partners, as well as by any electronic, optical, auditory, audiovisual, or any other means now or in the future.
Express consent from the Data Subject shall not be necessary for the processing of personal information when such processing is for the purpose of fulfilling obligations arising from a legal relationship between the Data Subject and STRATON, nor in cases contemplated by Article 10 of the INAI Law.
This is without prejudice to the right of the Data Subject to exercise a request to rectify, cancel, or review its personal data under the Law.
STRATON informs that any unprotected email communication made via the Internet may be subject to interception, loss, or possible alterations, in which case the Data Subject cannot claim any compensation from the Controller for any damage resulting from the interception, theft, loss, or alteration related to an email message between the parties or between users of the STRATON platform.
The Data Subject declares that the registration personal information provided to STRATON is true and undertakes to update any modifications through the STRATON website.
Furthermore, in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 14 of the INAI Regulation and Article 25 of the Privacy Notice Guidelines, the Data Subject is informed that personal information will have a period of five business days, counted from the day following registration on the STRATON platform, to manifest their refusal for the processing of their personal information with respect to the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.
